I've been searching for a female RTM for awhile now with no luck. I recently saw some for sale online at thatpetplace. Has anyone ever gotten RTMs from there? I only ask because Lancaster, PA is almost a two hour ride from where I live and I want to make sure the trip would be worth it. Thanks

Where do you live and are you looking for a particular size? I was going to drive there from northern va for some fish but after reading some mixed reviews and factoring in the cost of gas vs shipping cost from a good vendor I ended up ordering off aquabid.. cichlidconnection.com has juvis for sale and I have heard the quality is really good. I have been wanting to order a few fish if you live close enough and want to split an order :)
 
Have you tried the Shark Aquarium in Hillside or the Pet Shanty in Scotch Plains on Rt. 22?

I live in south jersey. I've heard about the cichlid connection and was going to try them until i saw thatpetplace had some. figured id drive there and see what they had. I've looked for one at least 4" with out any luck. I'm going to grow out some fry and try to find the male I have a mate.

I've emailed the shark aquarium but they haven't gotten any in stock in awhile. I didn't try pet shanty. May be I'll email them. I am trying to get them as a birthday present to myself. I've still got a few weeks so I hope to find them :)
