Red Tiger Severum?

I picked the fish up about 4 or 5 months ago as a tiny 1.5" baby. It is about 4" now. Sorry for the bad pics but he wouldn't come to th e front of the tank and I had just fed the fish so the water had floaties.
Is this Severum a red tiger? If so what are they worth? I looked everywhere for red tiger Severum for sale and couldn't find one. I guess they must be pretty hard to find.

It's got all the markings of a heros Severus aka heros sp. curare. Price wise hard to say, I wouldn't give you more than $70 without a matching female.
