does anyone have a actual photo(s) of what a red turquoise looks like,(because google show the red turquoise in so many different colors) and how much should I pay for a 4 inch one. one of my friends has 2 of them,
and also has a piegon blood that is 3 inch one. $50.00 each for the red turquoise ones, and $35.00 for the piegon blood. good price or bad price?

how big is the red turquoise cause if its not 4+ inches i wouldn't buy it cause i got 3 inch red turquoise for 24 bucks each. and srry i dont have picks on my red turquoise cause they died a couple month ago.

the red turquoise's are a nice size. 4-5 inches in the body and he has 2 of them.
the pigeon blood is 3 inches in the body and has one of them.

also I got another question. I've read online,in books, etc that discus need to be read 3-5 times a day when young, and to not over feed. how can I tell when to stop feeding. I give 1-2 cubes, 3 times a day and they eat it all.

The more you feed little ones, the faster they will grow. The way to tell is when they stop eating, stop feeding. Be careful if you feed dry foods though, too much dry food can cause bloat. Also remember that the more you feed, the faster the water fouls, which means more water changes.

Also note in the pictures the difference between turquoise and red turquoise. The fish in my avatar is a turquoise. It doesn't have red markings like the red turquoise fish have.

thanks, I got them a little while ago, he gave me 2 of them, and I only had to pay $50.00 he said just pay for the other one when you can get back up here.

You should check out my friend Dan in Stafford TX. It would be worth the drive. This is some of what he has right now . . . .
