Red wolf and a Rafael

I have a 4”’red wolf fish and was thinking about adding my 7”‘ Rafael. I’m thinking the Rafs armor will protect it from the wolf and I don’t think the Rafael will eat the wolf. Any thoughts? Will this work? Wolfs tank is a 40B

Maybe not when the wolf is full grown, but that should be fine. I couldn’t imagine the wolf being able to take out the cat. Just provide plenty of cover.

Wolves grow really fast, mine went from 3 inches to eight in just 8 months, just make sure that the wolf doesn't get bigger than the catfish or it's game over.

Because of the rapid maturation of wolves, I would not advise you to do this.

It won’t be much of a problem if it is a huge cat. By the time the wolf is huge, the cat will be bigger and would easily be able to defend itself.
