hey guys for a red wolf fish, should they have a water circulator as a current? or they are fine w/o it

I dont think they require large amounts of current like ATF or Payaras, so good filtration should do fine.

I would say moderate.

I have mine in my 75g sump and some days I have it blasting with a 3200gph powerhead and it doesn't mind it but at the same time it doesn't move around like it does with a bit less flow. It doesn't hide from the flow though so that's what makes me think it doesn't mind it.

They like very low current and alot of real plants.

From what I've learned, Red Wolves are indigenous to bogs/backwaters...other wolves are more stream/river dwellers and would therefore do better with a bit of current in their environment. Red's don't appear to need it that much.
