get him small that will help him adapt to neing with other fish. You can do cichlids as long as aggression isnt bad. I currently have a 4 inch red wolf housed with a large red head cichlid, venny pike, redtail barracuda. Thats in a 75 until my 150 goes up. It all depends on the fish really. I had a big mala wolf in the same tank with cichlids and he did fine but i wanted him to have a bigger tank so I sold him
is that 125G or litres?

Yeah, we are talking about 125G. Sorry forgot to specify, I was also considering a Mala, but at the same time I might just got for an African Cichlid comm tank
you can get some tough cichlids such as oscars, green terrors, jack dempseys. also large polypterus (bichirs) would be pretty good too. Delhezis or ornates.
