hi. this morning i found out that my tank is full of white faeces. has this got to do with internal parasites? i fed him feeder goldfish last night and the night before.

White stringy poop usually if not always means - internal parasite - Praziquantel, like in jungle parasite clear, does a fine job of destroying the parasites.

I thought that it was a sign of a bacterial ailment but whatever the case is you'd better act fast.

White poo just means poorly digested food or light colored food. Poor digestion CAN mean parasites but it can also mean.....he gorged on feeders last night. Which would be my guess. Feeders aren't good nutrition and introduce a lot of disease, they're best not fed to our fish.

thank you guys for replying. and yeah i have change his diet to market prawn and he seems to love it.

unless of course you breed your own feeders and gut load them and stuff, but anyway
