I have several indoor bins where I raise Red Worms for my garden and to feed my fish. They grow up to 3" long but average about 2" and make great feeders, high in protein but low in fat.

Also for reference my 8" pet bluegill can only eat about 3 average sized adult worms in one sitting, so 100 worms will go a long ways as for a supplement feeder.
