Can someone help me id what's wrong with my Redfin's tail

Injury. Injured during capture. Looks nearly broken. Often coloration will fade from injured portions of the fish towards the rear of the fish.

Does anyone know were i can buy a pickerel (online) around like 4in? Grass or redfin either one.
