Redhead x Red Devil???

Has anyone ever had a redhead breed with a red devil??? I think mine might be in the process of doing so and curious as to what they would look like, will they be like parrot fish?

BTW The male is the redhead and the female is the red devil

yeah some will look like parrots theres a thread on here some where showing some but his updating on the growout isn't that great got any pics
 
midas and red devils are very similar with slight deference in size and shape not all your fry will look like parrots from what i researched you'll get king kongs blood parrots and red syns or rose queens have they spawned yet and r you gonna post some pics
 
Thanx for your reply and looking up would I could end up with. They haven't yet spawned, just playing silly chasing games and making a cave at the moment. I will definitely post pics if they do spawn. :)
 
your welcome and goodluck my f syn hates my m red devil but is taking a liking to a midas wich she shares her side of a divided tank with my two ahole red devils on the other side
 
i don't think it would be the same both ways i had a male dovii and a female texas spawn four times and had two batches of fry a while back and they seemed to be alot longer bodied than fry of a male texas and a female dovii on youtube and mine seemed to have more pearling on them to i would think with the color might be different with female being the syn
 
I don't believe theres any difference at all, you will get parrot type fry of various sorts, blood parrot, king kong, you may possibly get a red syn or red shock. Traditionally a male midas or even mi-devil is crossed to a female syn to create parrots, however I have seen at least one thread on this forum that the pairing was the reverse, but the results were the same.
