Redid my oscar tank

He;s still a lil baby, but he sure makes a mess LOL, rather then spending half an hour gravel vaccing the small amount of gravel in their, I've removed it, added more pebbles and added a background. I'm still not sure on the background, it makes the tank so dark LOL.

2 inches in 6 weeks I guess that my oscar growth was super sized in that he grew about 3 inches in about that time period maybe more.

i like your setup, if you put lights on the tank his color should really come out w/ the dark background. Oscars can grow very fast, i got mine mid may measured mine the end of august when i transported him. Was maybe three inches when i bought him, pushing 9 or so now. The best of luck! I hope you enjoy your oscar as much as i do mine.
 
Not big on lights, Gryphon freaks out enough just with the room lights (hence why theres so many floating plants), he's a prissy picky, snobby oscar LOL
