redness on the pectoral fin

I have a group of four geophagus that were sold as surinamensis and one has developed redness where the pectoral fin connects to the body and on it's forehead. It is a 125 and they are in with a senegal and two spotted raphael catfish PH is 7, Ammonia is 0 and nitrites are very close to 0
