Well after 2 years i am having some issues with my tank i built. So decided to upgrade along with redo. Outside dimensions are 96" x 48" x 32.25". I drew these plans up on google sketch up. The guy who helped me build it went a little off the plans and more on his own design but should still work none the less. Ok i just tried loading the google sketch up and the file type is not supported and i don't know how to change it.

So moving on here is some build pics. 100_0023.JPG100_0025.JPG100_0027.JPG100_0028.JPG

Sadly i as i was putting it together i found a issue with my glass not going to fit. So took the solid end off and going to implement a plan B. That way i wont have to buy new glass i hope. Going to have to find somewhere to put my fish (thinking a kiddie pool) so i can dismantle it and steel the glass out.

Looks good, hope you can figure out glass issue

Ok got rabbit cut in the closed end for clearence of the front glass. Did this because i added extra thickness to the tanks for stability and probably over building LOL. Better to do it over amount then under. Got the whole box together now and started to bondo the screw heads. I hope to get it sanded and the rest of the screws covered tonight. We will see how much time i get tonight after work and playing with the kids and other family stuff.

Here is yesterdays progress. Had to modify the back 2x4 brace too, so the over flow bulk heads would fit. By time i would of cut them with a hole saw the 2x4 they would of been useless ( would not been much left for stability). So I just cut it out large enough for a bulk head and then rebraced it underneath. Cant wait to get this thing done. Trying to figure out where to put all my fish while i drain old tank and remove the glass.

Got whole tank red guarded. This stuff seems great other than the fact its red. It has great elastic qualities and seems pretty durable. Sands well so I can paint the sweat water on it and grab well.
