So I’ve got a Surinamensis living with an EBJD, a vampire pleco, and a couple delhezi Bichir in a 120g tank (48”x24”x24”). It’s around 8” at the moment and doing fine, however I’m planning on swapping him for a short body Texas Cichlid once it’s finished quarantine. I’ve heard mixed statements on various websites about their aggression, but I’m wondering how they get along with other species of earth eaters? I have a S. Lilith (~7”) and a S. Daemon (~6”) in a 180g black water tank I was planning to add the G. Surinamensis to. A bunch of black neons and a ~6” royal pleco in there. Other than possibly eating the neons, anyone know how personable they may be with one another?
