REDTAIL CATFISH, Namibia

Hi all

I am the proud owner of a red tail catfish, had him now for about 6 months. Everything going good and strong at this stage, except for his loss of appetite over the last couple of days. could it be because I added a new tank mate in the form of a Brown or Zambezi squeaker? He still acts and looks healthy but is not taking any food, last weeks he has been eating only fresh hake with skin still on cut into chunks. He hasnt eaten for 4 days now... Any help/suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Oops I did not mention, he is about 12 inches, 30 cm, long now...

-- What are your water parameters - NH3, NO2, NO3, pH, temp, maybe hardness?
-- Is aeration sufficient?
-- What's the feeding practice, schedule and the amount?
-- Are there any swallowable but inedible objects in the tank?
-- Has the squeaker been quaranteened?
-- Any other tank mates? If yes, is their state normal?
