This redtail is a juvenile, approximately 4 1/2 inches long. It was bred in captivity and is perfectly healthy and active. Its diet consists of blood worms, algae wafers, and beef heart; It has never been fed live food. It is currently housed in a 55 gallon tank with a 6 inch electric catfish. Buyers please note- this fish gets extremely large and will consume any fish it can fit in its mouth, but given the proper setup and tank mates it will grow to be a beautiful and active addition to your aquarium. Asking $50 OBO. Please send me a personal message if interested; I check multiple times daily so you should receive a response promptly.

haha I'm glad you posted that, I'm technically selling it for a buddy who asked me to start high because of the fact that he overpaid himself from a local breeder. Anyway, anyone who is interested at all; just throw out offers. I'll entertain far less than $50.

Not trying to derail but you might want to have your buddy double check his source. Rtc have never been bred in captivity, atleast in north america. They use hormones in south america but that is a different story.
