I've seen them called huapetas before. I believe those are red tail tats. He had another auction of payaras that were armatus.

Those look really cool.
I always wanted a really big red tail payara. I been searching for many years and never even came close. Did you find out how big those red tails were? Wish somebody would bring in one 12"+!
