Hi all,

I currently have a 5-6” redtail Payara that is suffering/dying from a severe case of ich. I caught the spread very early and began raising temp and heating the tank but to no avail. No matter what I have tried I can’t seem to get the fish to shake the disease or show any signs of progress. Any help or insight asap will be much appreciated. (I don’t have much time)
I have since moved the fish from the 125 gal to a 10 gal hospital tank with high filtration (no carbon media) and high airation. The swim bladder is seeming to lose function. I have dosed and been dosing with Kordon Ich Attack 2x daily and added aquarium salt.

Side note- I also have 2 Scombs in the 125 that had contracted Ich but had recovered incredibly quickly after treatment began.
