Currently have 4-5 inch Redtail Catfish with a TSN, and a Marbled Achara Catfish in my 240 gallon grow out.
They will eventually be moved to my monster pond. My question is does the Achara and TSN grow large enough not to get eaten by my Redtail?

The TSN will most likely keep up reasonably well, but within a year, the achara will probably fall behind the others in size/gowth rate. At adult size, all 3 will be compatible, but I would separate the TSN and redtail from the achara at some point, to let it finish growing out in the 240.

TSN and L. Marmoratus grow a little slower than RTC, not a lot slower, but slower. I'd just let them grow out together, and if some fish is falling behind just move it to another tank to be safe.
TSN grow to a similar size of RTC, Marmoratus max out at around 30", slower growers after they reach 2'.
Good rule about catfish is that if something fits their mouth, they might try to eat it.

Yes. That's a good rule. And the fish needs not to fit entirely lengthwise in a (potential) predator mouth to be in danger.

The smaller the tank, the higher the chances of predation.

All 3 fish should hit 1' in about the same time if all feed as they should. Unless your TSN grows abnormally fast, the only concern here is the RTC.
