Reduced flow in air pump

One of my air pump had water return in the pump and after couple of weeks the air flow has significantly reduced...Any ways i can fix it...I dont think there is any water in the air pump now since when i shake it, i cant hear any sound...

Take it apart and look at it...

Most air pumps are a simple rubber diaphram... it's possible it's not secured completely all the way around... could be ripped... could be a lot of things...

Usually you just pull a couple screws out of the bottom and look right in... there's not much to them...

Just be careful not to overtighten the screws when you put it back together... plastic strips easy...
