Redwolf and what else?

I know my redwolf isn't going to be a monster sized fish but I still like him. I just got rid of my cichlid setup I used to have an 8" Texas, 8" Butterkoferi, 5" Jack Dempsey, and an 8" Sailfin Pleco. Now I just Have a 4" red wolf and a 4" Gold Nugget Pleco I ordered off Aquascapeonline they are in my 55 gallon now and I was wondering what else I could add and how I should layout my tank with plants and etc. Just have two medium sized caves atm looking to make it much better.

Id say you should get another red wolf because of the aggression

I've kept a poly. senegalus with a common wolf. They got along with no problems at all. Right now I have a red wolf with my Pbass. He'll have to be moved eventually cause he'll be on the menu at 8". I wouldn't recommend the Pbass for a 55 though.

hmm if you can get a small one id siggest a gulper catfish

Maybe a hoplosternum
