ok this sounds wierd but in my reef i noticed these caterpiller-like things. what are they? im working on getting pics but for now i can tell you that they have a pink/red body and white/yellow hairlike fuzz on them all over. they were about half of an inch long and there were 4 that i saw.

bristle worms is what they sound like

there are a million and one little bug things that they could be, but bristleworms are as common as anything

You do not need to remove them if you do not want to-they do more good then harm.
Free Food!!

yea i googled it thats what they are. will they kill anything, i have muchrooms, zoos, and yellow polyps.

I really doubt that they will hurt anything in your tank . 99% of the time they are beneficial and harmless. They are also one of the best scavengers you can get. If you get a 6line it will reduce their population but, it's a bad idea to add a critter to controle an issues ,"except herbivours and detriovours of course ;)" All you'll really have to do is reduce the amount of food that you're giving your tank.
hth and good luck
Max
