Reef marine water peramiters

Ok 30 gallon bowfront wot 30 lbs of live rock and 1 clown fish n 1 damsel.... What do my water peramiter need to be at to start a coral.... Mostly soft coral set up. As far as ph n amonia n what not

try to get ur parameters as close to these numbers as you can. Softies are abit more forgiving. However, lighting is also equally as important. Personally, I suggest anywhere from 5 to 7 watts per gallon. For instance, my tank is a 90gallon and I have 716 watts of light. Is it a bit much? Probably. But I have my lights on timers....LED's, followed by actinic T5's, then the MH's come on.Good Luck !!!
