Reeflo Dart for 240gal African tank...good size?

Looking to run a Dart for my 240. Is this the right way to plumb it going 2" from the sump to pump going through a long sweeping 90 (to turn the pump 1/4 turn)...then 1 1/2" off the pump straight up to a T dropping the pipe size to 1"....long sweeping 90 to into the 1" bulkhead on bottom of the tank (both sides)....1" pipe in overflow chamber (in tank) up to the top and reduced to a 3/4" Lock Line T and then two 3/4" Lock Line flex pipe to flat nozzles. That would give me a total of 4 nozzles. I would like 200gph coming out at the top (500) out of each flat nozzle. Think it will work?

I doubt you will get the flow rate, with all of the reductions and plumbing, I you loose a lot of flow. Also what is the hight from the bottom of the dart to the highest output?

about 5-6' from the dar to the top of the return...and there are 2 returns. The next one up is 4300 gph....would that make it? Do I need 8 times an hr turnover?

If its a wet/dry you would need 3-4x turnover rate.

It's a wet dry....240 gal tank with a 75 for a diy wet/dry...seem my thread in this section for a sketch.
