What drugs in particular do you want oral doses for?
The common meds for parasites: praziquantel, metronidazole, fenbendazole
Also for antibiotics: Erythromycin, Oxytetracycline

In my mind I'm thinking it's more effective for anthelmintics to be administered orally so they reach the guts faster and have a better chance therefore reducing stress on the fish. I (if I suspect an issue) use magnesium sulfate with food so I figured why not add the medicine right to it so the MgSO4 would help expel the dead protozoa. Also I think some drugs like fenbendazole are better absorbed in the digestive track.

For antibiotics I'm thinking it would lessen the impact on the nitrifiers and avoid getting ammonia spikes, that is if my assumption was correct.

Just to be clear I don't have a tank with any apparent issue. I just want your guys' opinions to add to my toolbox in case I came across any disease.

Thank you
