I went to pull a bunch of chaeto out of my refugium today, and i saw two different organisms. they are very small, and i have never seen them before, but there are hundreds of them all over.
the one thats not very clear, they are these tiny white things, and they look like the move similar to a jelly fish.
Any ideas what they could be?

First one is a flat worm (harmless veriety as far as I can tell). second is a amphipod super good to have, eats algea/detritus etc, acts as coral/fish food when they get sucked into the tank.

I figured the second was some sort of pod, but i had no idea. they are really cool, so i was curious to find out what they were. thanks guys
