I've got a young Vieja Regani which I'm having a very rough time determining its sex. I'm leaning male but not quite sure. Fish is 4-5 inches by my best guess.

Males usually develop a steep head profile once mature.
females also "sometimes" show more dark markings, like argentea, the one above and below is male.
