Reinforcing floor joists, and DiY stand Ideas????

I'm about to get a 220g for cheap and I was wondering if anyone has any experience in reinforcing floor joists that could advise me on the best way to do it, and if you have a link to a good large stand build that'd be great as well

do you have a crawlspace below or a basement?

I have a basement, but were I'm putting the tank you cant get beneath unless you crawl underneath the house, and there's only like 6" clearance
