is it ok to release fish back into the same river they were caught into after two years. they were healthy and well kept and i put them back in the same spot i caught them in.

also is there any profit in building tanks. if so any advice will be welcome.

It depends if these fish were exposed to domesticated fish or if they were kept with only other wild-caughts from the river I think.

Yes you can if it is native

welcome to mfk.......nice to meet you

Welcome!

It's a bad idea to release them. It's possible for the fish to have been exposed to disease or other pathogens in captivity (even if it's not apparent) and this could have a negative impact on the native environment.

Profit in building tanks depends, of course. Is there demand in your area? Current suppliers? Do you have access to materials at a discount? All of the kind of things that should be in a prospective business plan.
