reliable in tank Uv sterilizer for 150

Looking to make it easy install are there any reliable in tank uv sterilizers you would recommend thanks

the first two are internals, I dont believe the turbo twist is but ive heard good things about them, they all have good reviews. a 9W on a 150 would kinda be pushing it but its up to you, the 24w may be the way to go if you want internal.

Thanks I have a friend who uses the 24 w Green killing machine and He loves it on a 180 seems to work
