Hey guys,
I'm pulling a ~180g acrylic tank out of a wall, and the only thing keeping me from sliding it out its the bulkheads poking through the bottom. The tank is not particularly accessible (being built into a wall and all), and I've go about 1/2" clearance on top (there's a horizontal 2x4 across the top which I'm a little wary of removing, as this is basically happening in a club downtown that is under new management and decided the tank needed to go, hence being free to whoever will remove it for them, so actually ripping out the wall isn't exactly an option). While I can loosen the bolts I think the pipe fittings on either side are glued to the thread, so that didn't help much (except to completely drain the tank). I'm thinking of just dremeling the darn things off. I'm sorry I didn't have a camera with me, but is that how people usually get rid of bulkheads? Could someone point out a smarter way of removing this tank (or at least the dang bulkheads)?
