REMOVING SALTWATER MARKES FROM TANK

i am picking up a 180 tomorrow and was wondering how to remove the Marks that's the saltwater left looks like hard water maybe or left over whatever grows on the glass in a saltwater or will they be permanent

If it's hard water stains then plain white vinegar should get them off. I always scrub out used tanks with a vinegar and salt mix to clean them and it works great!
