Hi everyone ,

Does anyone know of a way to remove (or at least minimize) scratches that the former owner of an acrylic tank caused by wiping it with paper towel? The tank is an Eclypse System 6.

Thanks

I've never had a acryilc tank so I don't know but do paper towels really scratch acrylic? I use to work for an plastic place and had a bunch of small sample pouchs of novus packs but have no idea were they are. If I run across them though ill pm you and send them to you free of charge.

Yes they do scratch it, unfortunately. I have a question about the novus scratch remover kit , is that a hand scrubber or are you supposed to hook it up to a power buffer?

Thanks

Yeah, get the Novus Kit from ebay... that's what I did.
For deep scratches, use #3 first, then #2, then #1 to finish up.
You can do it by hand with a soft cloth, or use a car buffer with a soft cloth cap. Either works, but the first way will take 10 times as long and your arm may fall off.
