A guy I work with said he has a 1,000 gallon tank in his house with a Tiger Shark. That sounds made up as it is but I played stupid and acted like I beleived him. Then he tells me he wanted to put other fish in with him so he had a vet remove his teeth. I couldnt let that one slide so I basically called him a liar and said hes full of s***. I might be wrong but wouldnt a shark die if it had no teeth?

Ask him for some pics... would a vet even do that in good concience? How would it eat with no teeth? And why would he want a shark with no teeth? Doesnt make sense...:screwy:

If anywhere near true, I wish I was that vet. Since sharks continually grow teeth to replace lost or damaged (shed) teeth, this would be regular money in the bank.

BTW, does that guy also tell people his anole lizard is actually a short-bodied T-rex?

Yeah. I'd have to raise the

on that.

As oddball mentioned they replace teeth all their lives and since tigers get to over 24' long and caught specimens average over 10' I sort of doubt it is true.

i would for sure ask for a pic
