I have a problem...I have an acrylic tank which has a quite a lot of this tape residue on it.

How on earth do i get it off??..I have tried water and soap, didn't really do anything and I am not too keen on trying some of the commercial label removers..I don't want to damage the acrylic.

Can any of you help me out here?

take a blowdryer and warm the residue up ( dont get it hot enought it starts to melt ) and take some good packing tape and put over the residue press it on good and it will come right off make sure you use the good packing tape thats really sticky thats how i got it off my acrylic tank

Thanks guys,
I'll give they hairdryer method a try, see how that works.

if its still on there use and eraser

The hairdryer method work like a charm!

Thanks aquaman88 for the tip, much appreciated!
