LFS prices will always be a lot higher than online prices. They need to make profit to stay in business. The lowest I've seen at LFS is $100 and that's when I buy. Most LFS usually run 40% sale on equipments annually. Ask if they do that.
I think Rena XP3 price did drop from a year ago. I remember it was $129.99 on bigalsonline.com last year when I wanted one. Get your XP3 before price goes back up. Now it would be better if the Rena XP4 price start dropping.
