I noticed some time ago one of my XP3's was making a loud humming noise. It still works fine but I would like to know how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try checking the impeller for buildup of crud and clean it out if you find any. If that doesn't not help I have heard of some people putting some vaseline/petroleum jelly on the impeller magnet to keep it spinning smoothly.

I cleaned the impeller, still humming. I'll try the vaseline next, thanks

I have a xp2 and I just hit it and shook it a couple times and the noise went away
