I have 4 of these heaters, 3 of them work great. The one in question appears to have been put together incorrectly. The dial on top reads exactly 10F less then the actual water temperature. Because of this the heaters temperature range is 76F-100F! One that's working properly has a range of 66F-90F.
I figure whoever put this heater together maybe put the dial on incorrectly unless the problem goes deeper then that. I think it would be as easy as pulling the dial off and repositioning it but that's how I've broken stuff in the past. How would one go about fixing this... the right way?
