rena xp4

hey guys my rena xp4 has weak water flow right now
is it suppose to be like that, but when i first got it
it was blowing strong, but the guy at the fish store
told mee if it still has pressuse even a little
it should be fine
can any one help me out

should be blowing strong all the time, unless:

1. you have an air leak (air being drawn into filter) causing the filter to lose its prime
2. your media is clogged
3. impeller/impeller chamber gummed up

check these things and see if it improves.
