Reocurring spot on my severum

I have this reocurring problem with my 8 inch gold severum, above his eye there is white spot that appears like a pimple and day by day gets worse. I have treated the whole tank (125 gal ) a couple of times using erythromycin and frequent water changes and every time it seems to clear up for a week or two and comes right back. Parameters are good. I was wondering if I should start up a hospital tank and treat him by himself and maybe try using some other type of meds.

I have also used metro along with hex shield with same results, it clears up for a week or two and comes back.

I just read up on treating hex with epsom salt solution ,maybe i will try that
