I read article about him years ago ahead of his time breeds lizards outside all yr long and from what I understand gets frost now and than.

They used to breed Agamas- Tegus - and like you said water dragons not sure what they do now.

You know the owner, Bert Langerwerf, recently died right? If it werent for him, you probably wouldnt know what a tegu is. He's pretty much responsible for establishing them in captivity. I hope it gets into good hands.

No wonder its being sold as thought the owner loved it there. I read few articles about him interesting,smart man.
