I need some help with this. This is for my turtle tank and my 40Breeder is almost full of water. I had to order some light stands for my lights...well I received them and had no idea they have to go under the tank.... http://www.amazon.com/Zoo-Med-Reptile-L ... +Full+Size anyways I have to drain the water to do this, I have a piece of Styrofoam under the tank, should I put it on top of the Styrofoam or under it? and I have to do it on each side, 1 on each..is this gonna throw my level off a lot and cause it to leak? I'm a little worried. Maybe these light stands are made for aquariums that do not hold water? Thanks!

I would put the stand base under the styrofoam, so no metal is making contact with the bottom of the tank, just the foam.

The metal doesnt look that thick in the pic, the foam should crush down somewhat around the metal when you fill the tank with water. Check again for flatness.
