I haven't had a Freshwater tank in a few months, I'm getting a new one on Tuesday, What would be some requirements? As in filtration, heater testing kits etc... I know to have a filter, Heater, Gravel cleaner, Freshwater testing kit, Stress coat, Algae magnet cleaner, Am I missing anything? Thanks

Fish would be good, food. But either get one hardy fish to cycle a tank or a fishless one but everything else seems good. What size tank?

Edit: and a light

Yes, I have lighting. It's 540 Litres, And over here in the UK, That would be about 120g's

-tank
-stand
-tops. i prefer glass but plastic works. lighting ime is up too you, some of my tanks only get light from the room.
-filtration , not a place to get cheap. go big.
-decor suitable for future inhabitants, fish that are secure look better and come out more ime.
- maitenance. syphon/python for larger tanks, magfloat, old toothbrush, 5gallon bucket or 2.
- chemicals/meds. i always keep a small bottle of melafix handy, water conditioner. if you keep wc species a bottle of prazipro or other wormer. aka a basic emergency med kit, the lfs is never open when fish get sick/ hurt ect.
-food. each fish has specialized feeding needs, catering to those significantly decreases other health issues.

Thanks but as I said, I was focusing more on the essentials like Test kits, Instant bacterial, stress coat, Not really focusing on things like the tank, lighting and all, I have all that, Or, Will have all that. Anyway, Thanks for commenting on both of my topics :)

Dude? Why ask others for advice when you just tell them what to say? Everyone answered your question and you seem to already know the essentials.
