ok... after posting a thread on if i needed co2 or not i wanted to show you guys my tank. the first picture is what it looked like before... the second picture is what it looks like now. opinions and comments are gladly welcome and i would like to know if there are plants i should take out or put in to make it look somewhat appealing and beneficial for my fish... livestock include altums, corys, whiptail cat, bristlenose plecs (i just got them today) and some guppies.

The "after" pic looks better. I would put a background on the tank though to really make it "pop".

Agreed. You'd be amazed how a simple dark background can make a huge difference. I usually go with black paper, but have recently gotten into the dark browns.

looks good. you have a decent amount of plants in there, i defintely think youll see an improvement if you add co2. is it a requirement? no. will it make your tank look better? definitely

Thats a beauty! I agree that it would pop more with a dark or mirrored background...
