Is this guy curable? Looks like a swim bladder issue, but I guess it's been like this since it was small. It is eating good, but it's back is above water and it's tail points slightly down.

Is he able to swim, eat and breath normally? It almost looks like the humpback you see in large old cichlids. If it behaves normally I would assume its damage from stunting or jumping. That said I'm no expert so you should await further assistance.

Swims and eats normally but definitely seems to be getting pulled up to the surface

Did not have the swim bladder problem since birth, but did have it's tail broken off when it was young.
