today i rescued a pair of ebjd for $15 great deal but the catch is they are so beat up. the male is blind in his right eye and his fins are so torn up and the females mouth is a little bit deformed and fins are also torn up along with both under fed. the male is 4" and the female is 3" both are beautiful fish how should i treat them to get a full recovery. thanks

The mouth is a permanent deformity so there is nothing you can do about it. As for torn fins, the only way to rectify this is by doing daily water change until the fins heal completely. Any pics of the eye? Is it damaged or just cloudy? Feed them protein-based foods and if they don't eat, smear the food with garlic to encourage them to eat.
