I rescued 4 fish from some very bad inexperienced fish owners. 1 adult electric blue Dempsey, 1 catfish, 1 large danio and 1 large pleco. Each fish has its own problem. The catfish has a white dot on each eye right in the middle.
The pleco has the same problem. The danio has a under bite with a deformed lip and the worst is the dempsey. Looks like his nose is rotting away... is this a thing? I’ll post pics of them all.

You may want to post this in a different forum, you may get more responses. This is the salt water section. Good luck and I hope you find the answers you are looking for.

Looks to be due to poor water quality exposure. Keep the water clean. Give food soaked with vitamins.

The Dempsey looks to have hith. Good food and clean water.

Does the hoplo catfish see? Does it respond to you if comes near the tank? If it’s blind then nothing to be done.

Danio mouth won’t change but as long as it can feed then it’s a good sign.

Good job with the rescue and hope these fish will recover with you.
