Hello, I just resealed my 75 gallons. new silicone in all sides. The question is this, I think I applied the silicone too thin. Can I put more silicone on top of the new silicone that was put around 30 minutes ago?

Sure it takes alot longer than that to cure and since it is brand new fresh silicone you do not have to worry about the surface of the older silicone being contaminated.
