I got a 135 from Repair a while ago, and I am just getting around to re-sealing it. Ive got the structure reinforced and the new silicone in, but i was wondering if there is any paticular way to "Wash" the silicone after it has cured (or if it is even needed. . I used the FDA/aquarium approved DAP 100% silicone. Thanks in advance everyone!:)

I dont think it needs to be washed since it is aquarium approved. The particular way i would recommend is outside with the hose ;)

Once its cured nothig further is needed. That being said I always triple reccomeded cure time and give it a quick rinse with water, but Im nuts :screwy:

I wash down the silicone with white vinegar then water after curing, I am pretty sure that it doesn't do a thing and is not needed but it makes me feel more secure.
