I need to reseal my 33 gallon all glass tank and i was wandering if it was necacacry to remove the plastic bracing and cut out the glass panels.

I have already done it once and it didn't work out i used duct tape instead of clamp's to hold it together i have broken a few tanks now removing panel's.

No, you don't have to break down the whole tank to reseal. And you shouldn't need to clamp it if you haven't broken it down.

Just remove the old silicone from the inside, clean with alcohol, tape off with painters tape and re-silicone.(press it into the corners with the back of a spoon (plastic) or a wet finger).
